How far in advance do I need to book my cat’s holiday stay?

This depends on the time of year you require holiday care. In our quieter low season times you can book your cat in for a holiday stay with very little notice (even the day before is ok) but if you planning on going away during a school holiday high season time you will need to book well in advance, (usually a month or two is ok) as we do get fully book out during these times. If you are planning on being away over Christmas/New Year you will need to book many months in advance as some years we have been fully booked 3 to 4 months in advance.

(Note – if you do ever require care unexpectedly at the last minute during a busy school holiday period please give us a call to try your luck as we do occasionally get a last minute cancellation).

Do I have to pay a deposit & if so how much?

No. We do not charge a deposit but we do request that you are quite certain you require the care before you book it in.

So if you are still considering a few options, we ask that you wait until you have definitely decided on using our Pet Resort before making a holiday booking for your furry one.

Is there a cost if I have to cancel my booking?

No. We do not have a cancellation fee. We trust that you have booked a holiday in good faith and that the only reason you would be cancelling is if something unexpected has happened.

If this is the case we ask that you let us know as soon as possible, so we can offer the accommodation spot to another customer.
